Conversations Together is looking for full-time and part-time Speech-Language Pathologists, part-time Executive Functioning Coaches and part-time Academic Service Specialists! These roles serve families who live or attend school on the Upper West Side, or families who are interested in Teletherapy services. Speech-Language Pathologist
Requirements
â–ª Master’s Degree from an ASHA-accredited program
â–ª Active New York Speech-Language Pathology license in good standing
â–ª Certification of TSSLD
â–ª Strong knowledge of child development
â–ª Eagerness to work collaboratively with families and other professionals
â–ª Interest in becoming a contributing member of a growing team
â–ª Experience and understanding of child-led, play-based, responsive intervention
â–ª Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Responsibilities
â–ª Evaluate, develop goals, and provide evidence-based treatment interventions for children.
â–ª Participate in the Early Intervention Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) (IEP) process, including attending meetings, communicating with team members, evaluating outcomes, and writing reports.
â–ª Independently manage a caseload and schedule.
â–ª Complete timely and accurate documentation.

Requirements
â–ª Master’s Degree from related field (education, social work, psychology, speech therapy, occupational therapy, etc.)
â–ª Strong knowledge of child development & developmental disabilities
â–ª Eagerness to work collaboratively with families and other professionals
â–ª Interest in becoming a contributing member of a growing team
â–ª Experience and understanding of child-led, play-based, responsive and research-backed intervention
â–ª Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Responsibilities
â–ª Evaluate, develop goals, and provide evidence-based treatment interventions for children/teens and college students.
â–ª Participate in the special education process process, including attending meetings, communicating with team members, evaluating outcomes, and writing reports.
â–ª Independently manage a caseload and schedule.
â–ª Complete timely and accurate documentation.

Literacy Specialist
Requirements
â–ª Master’s Degree in teaching or education
â–ª State Teaching Certification in good standing
â–ª Strong knowledge of child development
â–ª Strong area of expertise/knowledge (ie. early reading, 3-5 math, Orton Gillingham, etc.)
â–ª Eagerness to work collaboratively with families and other professionals
â–ª Interest in becoming a contributing member of a growing team
â–ª Experience and understanding of child-led, play-based, responsive intervention
â–ª Experience with children with developmental differences
â–ª Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Responsibilities
â–ª Assess, develop goals, and provide evidence-based student-specific interventions for children.
â–ª Participate in meetings with families, communicate with students' intervention/school team members.
â–ª Write yearly academic plan and a yearly progress report.
â–ª Independently manage a caseload and schedule.
â–ª Complete timely and accurate documentation.
