Speech Therapy Services
Conversations Together provides in office (85th & West End Ave) and school based speech therapy services in the Upper West Side and teletherapy services across New York. Our therapists place a huge emphasis on carryover and working collaboratively with caregivers, teachers, and additional multidisciplinary team members (i.e., occupational/physical therapists). We offer neurodiverse affirming care and specialize in client-led therapy integrating interests and play in order to ultimately achieve goals.

We currently offer 30, 45, and 60-minute therapy sessions to both children and young adults.
